Another Low Carb Success Story: Captain K’s Unique Approach
I absolutely love it when I run across a new success story. Not only does it give me a reason to pause and reflect upon this way of eating, but it also gives me an opportunity to gain a little new insight that I didn’t have before. Such is the case with Captain K. I read a lot of weight-loss articles over at Info Barrel, but it’s like searching for a pearl that’s buried in an entire desert of sand. Most articles are determined to call low-carb eating a fad, want to preach how low-calorie higher-activity is The Way, or just go on and on, rehashing the same basic concepts we’ve read in a hundred weight-loss articles before.
