Heard About the Egg Fast to Break a Stall? (It Works!)

Egg Fast is the Hottest Low-Carb Stall Buster If you've stalled on your low-carb diet, or you just want to give yourself a hefty shove in the right direction, you might consider doing an egg fast. An egg fast is a short-term dieting intervention method created by Jimmy Moore in 2010.
