Lyle McDonald’s Rapid Fat Loss Diet – Taking a Full Diet Break

What I Learned From Diet Breaks, Free Meals and Refeeds

No matter which low carb diet program you choose, one of the first things most dieters do is set a weight loss goal. Most of the time, this goal involves a number on the scale.
