hey everybody so, today i thought it would be a good idea if i gave you a bit of an update a week after i did the gm diet. i know a lot of people like to know if its just water weight that you lose or if its just just a quick fix. so, i decided to test that. basically, what i have done is i ate, not a really decent healthy week with no guideline or anything like that but i ate an unhealthy week i ate more food than i should have i was really full all of the time i drank coke & i had juice i didn't over do it at all i just had a normal comfortable week, with food. i even had desert some nights. it was just a typical, normal week. i did this for a whole 7 days just like the gm diet was 7 days i thought that would be a fair test after that 7 days i went and weighed myself at the gym same scales were used throughout the whole of this review i had actually kept off the weight but also lost .3 kgs so , i was really happy i think, once you have eaten like that after a whole week of

hi this is tony from cookingaround the last magic soup diet i did kind of went a bit crazy on the internet. apparently it has gone everywhere soup diet, it has been a big hit, you know something sometimes you get tired of eating the same soup. so what have i done i have created magic diet soup # 2 basically we are still using cabbage because it is a good fat fighter but we have other goodies, but in this one i am adding some carrots now carrots is a medium gi so if you are just just starting out i would not use the carrots but since i have reached my goals on weight. i am now going up to a medium gi so i can use carrots. now there is no potatoes in here but if you want you can add this celery root to it to substitute the potatoes but in this recipe since i added it the last time i really do not want to add it now. so ! again we are going to make a big pot. because i went to a wedding to southern poland the other day and i kind of ate a little to much. so

This morning I was taking a stroll through some of the threads over at Low Carb Friends, and I ran into something that really disturbed me. A patient of Dr. Westman was there asking for help. She has been on the high-fat low-carb diet known as Nutritional Ketosis for 4 months now. She is eating 20 carbs or less, is losing about 1 to 2 pounds a week, but she feels horrible. For some reason, she is not adapting to the state of Ketosis. Despite a high salt intake, she's having excruciating foot and leg cramps, gets dizzy, and comes near to passing out during her gym activities. She says she has zero energy, so her gym routine has dropped from 5 days a week and 1 trainer session, to just the training. She is taking magnesium and potassium supplements, along with chicken broth every day, but nothing is helping. I can remember communicating with Jimmy Moore several times back then, as he was doing the Kimkins Diet himself, but I couldn’t find anything I had actually posted to this blog. People were very emphatic back then that you had to eat a certain amount of dietary fat. You had to eat a ton of protein, and you had to get a certain amount of calories, or you were not doing low carb. The masses within the low-carb community tend to stick to about 20 to 35 net carbohydrates per day. The current perspective on Ketosis is that it takes 50 grams or less for most people to maintain that metabolic state. You’d think that asking, “How low is low carb?” would be rather silly.
