the fish brothers productions presents not chef ryan show pork shoulder hey guys it's not chef ryan, i'm back with another video today we're going to be cooking a slow cooker pulled pork let's get in to the kitchen he's a little overweight and he likes to eat but he's not a chef he's not a chef that's why he's not chef ryan we're going to start here with about a pound and a half of pork shoulder it's kind of a small piece guys the rule of thumb is about 2 hours in the crock pot for every pound that you've got i'm pouring some olive oil over this then we're going to add some brown sugar powdered mustard this is some smoked paprika powdered mustard and smoked paprika is about a tablespoon and a half same thing with the pepper about a tablespoon and a half i'm just going to lightly salt this i don't want to put too much, we don't want to dry it out just give it a little bit of flavor once we have all that on there, we'
