ever looked on the internet for the best weight loss diets? if you have, you’ve probablyread about the next best diet in the world called the paleo diet. but what exactly isthis paleo diet and what makes it better than all the other diets our there?paleo is short for paleolithic, a prehistoric period of human development that existed overtwo and a half million years ago. during this paleolithic era, humans have yet to learnabout agriculture and animal domestication. this meant that humans only ate food thatwere readily available to them in their surrounding environment . they then genetically adaptedto become stronger and healthier by consuming more of these foods. advocators of the dietargue that there has been too little of a time frame between the end of the paleolithicera and modern day for the human body to adapt to today's western diet. the lack of adaptationis supposedly responsible for the existence of modern diseases today such as diabetesand obesity. this paleo-type die...

bodybuilding diet last week before competition

what’s going on, guys. sean nalewanyj hereat www.seannal.com - www.bodytransformationtruth.com and in this video here, sort of a boring topicbut it’s a basic fundamental nutrition subject that i haven’t talked about before and thatis bodybuilding and water intake, and more specifically how much water should you drinkper day for the best overall health benefits as well as to maximize muscle growth, strengthgains and fat loss. so without going in to much detail, a proper water intake is obviouslyimportant for a bunch of different reasons. your brain and your muscles are about 70 to80% water and staying properly hydrated throughout the day provides a lot of different healthbenefits like helping with digestion, regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients, assisting with proper brain function, these are just a few examples of many, and whenit comes to bodybuilding and water intakes specifically, there’s also a direct connectionthere as well. studies have shown that being even...

[music] so you got 4 workoutscovering the whole body over a 6-day period. having said that, you gotta be flexible. if you need an extra day forrecovery, then take an extra day so that'll become 4 days over 7. some people may need even more, you gotta listen to your body. if you need more days to recoverthen, you know, just extend that cycle into 7 days or 8days or whatever you need. extra negatives are atool that you can use to increase the intensity. basically, you gotthree phases of strength. the weakest phaseis the positive or the lifting of the weight. that's the weakest phase. the second phase ofstrength is the static. you're stronger on the static. and then the thirdphase is the negative. unfortunately, a lot of peoplethink in terms of just lifting weight so for instance,a bench press, they lifted theweight to the top. all right, job done andjust drop it back down and do another one. they're missing half of the repand possibly the most important half of the rep beca...

Giving Up Diet Soda Again

I've had a wallop of a winter this year. It's been quite cloudy, rainy, and humid. For me, that means lots of vertigo and off balance challenges. My husband also fell at work last December and splattered one of his thumb tendons, went through surgery to correct the problem, but the doctors still cannot figure out what is wrong with his wrist. His schedule has been a bit twisted this past winter as well. He's been doing graveyard, which was extremely difficult, but has now moved back to a daytime schedule. While doing graveyard, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to get completely off of Melatonin. I've been cutting down on the amount I've been using ever since I watched a youtube video last year that talked about the possibility of having to use it for the rest of your life. I didn't like the sound of that, so when my hubby went onto a graveyard schedule, I thought it was the perfect time to completely quit. Since I now have that under control, my next st...
