While that can certainly be frustrating, especially if you've had success with the Atkins Nutritional Approach before, there is always a reason why the diet doesn't work.

That something can take ages to find and correct if you approach the problem by trying to figure out what the something is and then eliminate it. For that reason, it's often best to come at the problem from an opposite perspective.
