atkins diet induction

atkins diet induction, when you eat sugar. especially processed highlyrefined sugar, they actually make drugs (chemicals) that are very similar to narcoticsin your brain. therefore they can be addicting. sugars are addictive. they can actually be more addictivethan many of the street drugs that people

abuse out there. so when you are withdrawing fromcarbs, when you are limiting them, you’ll feel certain changes happening, you’ll feel tired, you’llfeel cranky, you may get emotional. if you are a person who exercises normally you might want to skipthose days, when you’re going through carb withdrawal. you’re going to feel almostlike you have the ‘flu’, like influenza. thats why many people call it the ‘carb flu’. so howdo you manage this. well as with withdrawal

from any other drug.. you just have to tough it out. it onlytakes 2 to 3 days. you want to get as much sleep as you can. you want to hydrate very well. and electrolytesare very important, so that salts in your food are useful.. having nimbu paani (lemonade without sugar) rather thanplain water once in awhile may help at this stage. foods that contain magnesium can help withcarb withdrawal. any foods that contain sugar in them

will ruin this process. you’ll feel verygood at first. but then you’ll have to restart the withdrawal process as you went off the diet. when you’regoing through withdrawal, you’ll have cravings.. you’re going to want that chocolate cake, you’re going to want that sugary food. stay away from them as much as possible. thank you.
