put the lid and cook for 30 minutes with lid. cook for another 10 minutes without the lid. remove the chicken from pan and let liquid to cook until it evaporates to half. strain liquid. remove excess grease with paper napkins. heat the wok. pour oil. put the chicken in a wok to fry. fry the chicken on all sides until crispy and brown color.


it is important to absorb the flavor of sesame oil. put the chicken on a plate. pour the filtered liquid sauce from the marinade on chicken. leave for 10 minutes to absorb the flavor of the sauce.
