brain quite literally the center of your brain.it connects to your whole entire brain, it connects your eyes, it connects your ears,you can hear things, you can see things and in it's inside of your brain. so what allowsyou to do when you're sleeping you basically secrete melatonin which helps you sleep betterand that gets converted to dimethyltryptamine which basically makes you dream. you can dreamin real life, you're basically living in a dream world so when people say live your dreamyou can quite literally do that through this different practices that helps you sleep better,that gives you more energy, that helps you even control love your weight and it's connectedto your endocrine system which is all the other organs that are in your brain throughoutyour body.
