preservatives and added sugar. now if you are a regular on my channel you may have noticed that i advocate healthy fats like cold-pressed coconut oil and desi ghee. cold-pressed coconut oil as stated by many of you is not easily available so the next best option is to include pure and fresh coconut milk in your diet especially if you have health issues


like thyroid and pcos. healthy fats are necessary for energy and hormone production most importantly healthy fats helps to balance hormones so including fresh and pure coconut milk is another way to boost your thyroid health consumption of a diet rich in mcts results in greater loss of fat and the healthy fats in them provide the feeling


of being full. now, if you have health issues like thyroid, pcos, or diabetes then including pure coconut milk in your diet will help with your condition. coconut milk is one of the healthiest plant-based milk and contains a highly beneficial fat known as lauric acid which is also found in human breast milk. now, this lauric acid is a medium chain

pieces. now to make one cup of pure coconut milk add in 1 cup of scraped or grated coconut into a chutney grinder and then add in one fourth cup water and coarsely grind the coconut now transfer the coarsely ground coconut into another pan or a bowl and added in three fourth cup water and then gently rub with your fingers as it helps to release the


healthy fats and now transfer it through a strainer and then squeezed it tightly to remove the milk. now, this is the first milk or thick coconut milk which contains all of its natural fatty acids while the second milk or the thin coconut milk is low calorie and thinner which is usually used to boil vegetables when cooking with coconut milk. now, to make


the second milk simply add another cup of water to the squeezed and scraped coconut and again rub with your fingers and then strain and squeeze. so friends make fresh and pure coconut milk at home and add coconut milk in your diet so that the healthy fats in coconut helps to balance your hormones and naturally nourish your thyroid gland. if you like
