5 bite diet 60 day challenge
we just "selesai". (laughing) we just finished the second day of 30 days of change. yeah, and we were a little sore. seth got the worst of it i think.
5 bite diet 60 day challenge, as far as soreness. but it was good today. did a lot of jumping jacks and high knees. and then we did planks, which i didn't make a video of.
but we did planks. and wall squats. yeah. so, if you want to follow 30 days of change with us, there is a link in the description of this video. you can download the recource. and follow along. it's pretty fun. awesome! get us back in shape. so maybe you're wondering what this 30 days of change fitness challenge is.
well basically it's a pdf file that you download off of the internet and you follow it for 30 days. it's designed to help you change your exercise and nutrition habits. the pdf download is really clear and really simple. you don't need any weights, you don't need to go to a gym. you don't need anything special. all you need is you and self discipline. and so, we're going to try this 30 day challenge. we did it before last year. we tried it then. when we went back to america.
you know, and we like to bring some variety in to what we do and how we workout. and how we exercise. because, as probably most of you as well, you don't work in construction, you're not a farmer, you don't work in some type of physical labor. most of your time is probably spent sitting or driving. and the amount of exercise that you get from natural daily life is very limited. and so like us as well, we try to find that opportunity to bring that exercise back into our lives. well this is just a good way to do that. in 30 days.
there is a lot of variety in these exercises. right? so you are doing all different types of things. so your body doesn't adapt. so you don't get bored with it. cause every day is something different. so we need something to measure this by. to see if there is any success, to see if there is any change. you know, if you follow any other fitness programs, say, like the body for life,
or p90x, which we've also done because we like to have variety. right? in our exercise program. we don't want to get bored. those are also linked down below, if you would like to check out those exercise programs. but there is different ways of measuring. you can look at your weight. you can measure your arms, you can measure your waist. you can measure your thighs. you can go through and take pictures of yourself and all that kind of stuff.
but for this 30 day change i want to do something totally simple. something that is um, that can be seen. right? and so, i'm just gonna go by my pants waist. right? i have dress pants that i wear for sunday. and they have been getting progressively smaller. i don't know why my pants keep getting smaller. but they have. and so,
maybe by exercising my pants will get bigger a little bit. and so that is what we are going to try out and see. so, we'll use the little clip from today and then in 30 days down the road we'll check it out and see if there is a difference or not. alright? so if you would like to follow the 30 days of change like i said earlier there is a link down in the description. go check it out! jules has made us dinner.
