are you going to time me? let’s take a biglong breath and drink up. so i got that all down and some of them on my face. you maynotice that what i do short drinks until i got about a half way and i start taking longerdrinks. as you get through the lemonade diet you’re stomach starts to shrink so you couldtake less and less water and it starts to feel a little tighten. i don’t worry aboutif i get a little bit water left over. it’s some what a relevant. so there you have it.my stomach feels tight. i feel a little gross but i’m just going to breathe and relax.go for a little walk and not focus on the fact that i feel little sick. but it’s justkind of an unnatural taste to it, right? maybe it’s an instinct that our body doesn’twant that salt water because it knows it will
