i read a study recently in 2011 from a universitycalled the qua medical university. i believe it was in iran or iraq, one of those countries.and the studied showed that, in fact, apple cider vinegar is more effective with vaginalinfections than fluconazole. and the main reason why is because of the acetic acid whichbalances the vaginal ph and also has antifungal activities in its own right. there are manydifferent chemicals in a good quality organic cider vinegar. you normally use between twoto three tablespoons per several cups of water and use that as a douche, so it's very effective.it's certainly a good treatment, but be sure not to use the commercial white variety. andsometimes they'll even put molasses in this to make it a brown color, so it's pretty junky.it might be good to clean your toilet or bath
