so, probiotics are essential for healing anycondition that's out there today. so there are really four steps you need to follow toincrease probiotics in your body. step number one is consume more sour foods.embrace what i call the power of sour, and sour foods like apple cider vinegar, specifically,and fermented vegetables. they contain some probiotics but also they contain certain typesof acids like gluconic acid and acetic acid. healthy acids that create a certain type ofph in your body that supports the growth of probiotics in your system. so, again it'sgreat to get some healthy sour foods. so what i would start doing is add one tablespoonof apple cider vinegar to a drink two times a day. so before breakfast and lunch or breakfastand dinner. one tablespoon of apple cider


vinegar in your meal, and then start consumingmore fermented vegetables like sauerkraut and kimchi, or drinking kvass. get some fermented vegetables like sauerkrautseveral times a week in your meals, that's one way to boost probiotics in your system. the second way is just to start consumingmore probiotic rich foods. now, probiotic rich foods are things like high quality goat'smilk yogurt or kefir is another good one or even different types, things like coconutkefir is a good option, but getting more probiotic rich foods in your diet is essential to boostingand increasing your probiotics. so i would start trying to consume one servingof probiotic rich food a day and again some


of my favorites include kefir is a great one,you can add that in your morning smoothie, you can do some organic yogurt during theday. and again, i really recommend grass fed andorganic, the ideal is from your local farmer's market. and then fermented vegetables likesauerkraut would also count as that, but again get some good fermented foods in your diet.at least one serving a day or more. step number three to naturally boost probioticsin your system is to start to feed the probiotics. so think about this, probiotics are livingorganisms. if they are going live in your body they need fuel, they need to feed offsomething, they need good soil. that soil is fermentable fiber. so gettinggood high quality fiber in your diet can actually


cause probiotics to increase in your body.and the best type of fiber again, is soluble fiber, known as fermentable fiber. some ofmy favorite sources include chia seeds. chia is a great form of fermentable fiberas are flax seeds, but adding chia and flax into a morning smoothie is fantastic. alongwith that, organic fruits and vegetables are a great option. and then also, sweet potatoesand regular potatoes are also a good form, they have good forms of fiber. so again, fruits,vegetables, potatoes, and then chia seeds and flax seeds. great form of fermentablefiber. and then last but not least, taking a qualityprobiotic supplement. taking a quality probiotic supplement can naturally boost the good probioticsin your system.


and then a few other notes here as well toincrease probiotics. another thing you can do is actually shop at your local farmer'smarket. there's actually a little bit of dirt on that food you get that should be there,and those are soil based probiotics that are great for your digestive health. and last tip is, stay away from prescriptionantibiotics and all the different antibiotics that we're exposed to, even chlorine and fluoridein your drinking water. so, along with boosting probiotics, you want to stay away from thosethings that deplete your body of quality probiotics.
