going to begin by taking one egg yolkand we're going to put into our bowl i'm gonna take about a teaspoon of dijonmustard i'm also going to add that in i'm goingto add about half teaspoon of white vinegar you don't have it apple cidervinegar works well i am going to put in a squeeze of lemon juice coupleteaspoons of lemon juice put in a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper andstir this up now this is the base for your mayonnaise now the next thing we're going to do iswe're going to go ahead and add in oil now i'm going to add in oil here now i'dlike to use vegetable oil because it's a


very neutral flavored oil you can use aoil you could use olive oil extra virgin olive oil just really anythingthat you like i am going to drizzle in just a little bit and i'm going to stir it andstart the emusification and that's in so i'm going to add open a little bitmore and you're going to do this until you get all of the oil in all right andhere you go you have fresh mayonnaise now this will stay for about a month inyour refrigerator now again these pasteurized eggs of if raw eggs concernyou go ahead and give this a quick little taste that is wonderful just like that to leave that alone ifyou enjoyed this video please be sure to
