hey guys my name is caitlin and welcome back to cait straight up today i'm going to show you another super healthy drink for you for your 2017 health goals now in 2016 i made a personal goal of mine to drink apple cider vinegar everyday and it is a resolution that i could probably say today that i have stuck to i think i deserve it cheers for that


because it isn't always easy but apple cider vinegar offers so many health benefits that it's worth it it can promote weight loss it gives you bright beautiful skin it helps acid reflux and there's even some studies out there that show that it can prevent esophageal cancer amongst many other things do your research this little


drink is a great way to kick off your morning you can have it while you're getting ready and putting on your makeup which is what i do best part to it can be served hot or cold so if you are doing all your curling and your blow-drying and you're too hot to drink the hot drink you can have it cold like me every morning


there are only four ingredients to this apple cider drink and it starts with one cup of water whether you're having that warm or cold up to you so obviously the apple cider vinegar that you choose for this drink is very important for you to get the most benefits so i use this one braggs organic raw unfiltered apple cider


vinegar and i not sure exactly why this is so important but it needs to say with the mother so this apple cider vinegar is organic its unpasteurized so you're really gonna get all the health benefits that you want out of it when you're drinking it so i use about one to two tablespoons i honestly do about two a day but if that's


a little harsh for you at first you might want to try one tablespoon now the smell is going to really get you here and you're going to think that you can't drink it but i'm telling you with these other ingredients it goes down easy and just think back to me doing shots of it before i knew how to drink it for some sweetening purposes


we are going to add about a teaspoon of raw honey like i used in my other video you've got to make sure that it's raw we can't have something that's been super processed this naked wild honey from wegmans is perfect but any raw honey will do after that you're going to squeeze some lemon juice into your apple cider


drink i like to put a decent amount of lemon juice in there but one half of a lemon would honestly do now this actually is very delicious served warm but like i said i kind of like it cold so but feel free to try it both ways then you're gonna give it a nice stir and honestly that is it and that is all you need to


have all those benefits of apple cider vinegar now there's a couple of important things you are always going to want to drink it out of a straw because apple cider vinegar can be harsh on your teeth which we don't want that just checking mine there and some other things that you can add for fun is if


you want to add some cinnamon some cayenne pepper if you kind of want to feel like you're kick-starting your metabolism or sweetener go ahead so natural ways to sweeten it is of course the honey and you can use some really good maple syrup but other than that anything that you add your gonna want to watch it because we don't want


to turn it into like a juice cocktail i mean you're drinking this for the benefit so kind of watching you add sugar wise and that is it in its most simplistic form this is the best way to drink apple cider vinegar everyday it tastes pretty good it's not bad you're drinking with the straw and think of all those health
