and promotes regularity which of course iswhat helps us get rid of all those toxins in our system. it’s an antioxidant, it’sgreat for your immune system, and can also help protect your skin from sun damage, pollutants,and the affects of aging. >>michelle: and it’s delicious! >>michelle: so today we’re going to useit in a soup. soups are super easy and they’re a great way to get a good blast of nutrition. >>tami: to start, we’re just going to putsome chicken broth in a pan and then throw your asparagus in there. you want to cookit for a few minutes until it’s tender when pierced with a fork – don’t over cook.
